Originally the role Sarah applied for was Customer Success only. Merkle Science didn't have a Technical Support team. With Sarah's previous experience and hunger for a challenge, she suggested the role should include Customer Support and offered to launch a new team and the processes that come with it.
Sarah joined Merkle Science in September 2022 as Global Director of Customer Success and Customer Support, putting processes in place, communicating both internally and with clients and launching the two teams and their new responsibilities mid November 2022.

Sarah supported Catalysis in the reviewing, testing and roll out of our new project management tool, Scoro. With her extensive knowledge and experience of best practices, she was able to take our requirements, review the market and demonstrate the top 3 tools in order for the Catalysis team to trial.
Her organised manner and project management skills allowed us to implement the system from our first initial Onboarding session with the Scoro team to the first project being uploaded and scheduled to the Project Lead in 3 weeks.

I have known Sarah for a number of years. Amongst her many qualities, she is known for her organisation and planning skills. I recently turned 50 and decided I wanted to celebrate with a holiday with friends...without having to plan it myself!
I asked her to research the villa. She went over and above and booked the villa as well as researching restaurants, pubs, sea-views, attractions to visit, a yoga retreat and more. We then didn't need to research when we decided we wanted to do something while we were away.
Planning a trip of different ages (22 to 50, both male and female) was never going to be an easy task, but this comes naturally to Sarah - as always, everything was organised to perfection, clearly managed and explained without a hiccup in sight!
