I love to organise! If you ask any of my friends, any of my family or any colleagues I have worked with over the years they will tell you this. It comes naturally to me so for example, although I worked in an office environment in software, on the side I would organise the Summer and Christmas parties for 130+ people amongst other monthly socials.
I am highly motivated. I take pride in everything I do. I pay great attention to detail and therefore don't stop until it's perfect. I'm a positive, forward thinking person and am always told about the positive energy I radiate. I enjoy building relationships and I enjoy making a difference for people.
I have always worked in customer service and come from a professional business background with over 16 years experience working for Capita and Deltek. My most recent role was in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Onboarding, Customer Experience and the Customer Journey working with the likes of WPP (SuperUnion, Burson Cohn & Wolfe, VMLY&R, AKQA, Wunderman), Dentsu Aegis Network (Isobar, MKTG, iProspect etc), Oliver Marketing, MSLGROUP, The FA and Proctor & Gamble to name a few. I managed a global team of Customer Success Managers who's role was to work with their clients to ensure a positive experience, show them the value of the software and ensure renewal, retention and advocacy of the product.
Finally, I grew up in a farming background so have always had the 'can do' attitude. I'm not afraid to dig deep and get my hands dirty, whatever the task at hand (puns intended!). I think outside of the box, I am always looking to improve whether that be myself or my work and enjoy variety and change!
